I was wondering since we access to the Hall of heroes, if there will be the ability to store items in for later use? So far, I have seen no ability to put things into chests, just take them out.

Just drag the item to the chest and then it's stored.

Can you please include a "Close storrage" key?
Ist frustrating to open 1000 chests to found the 100 of interest. but it is more frustrating to close all this storages per mouseklick.

Eventually the Esc key will close any open windows on the screen before going to the main menu (hopefully there will be a 'take all, and close' key, as well). Containers will also automatically close if you walk away from them.

No, sorry, I misread your post - it is still early in the morning here. There is not the "take all" key but the "take all" button. And a key would be of course also useful.
