I did the "Love potion Orc female" quest and it switched to the party dialogue.
Suddenly when it switched to the male player character, everything around him was black and he couldn't move anymore. The minimap showed a bit of grey around him and the coordinates were 419/-11.
Saving and loading afterwards didn't fix the issue. Since I didn't save before, that play is broken
