Hi!

I just started testing the game, and so far, I love it. Has some real promise, and I'm very excited for the beta.

Quick question: My main character is a ranger, using XBows. I am lvl 7, but I have the same moves now as I did when I started. I found out how to buy tomes for the mages, but this is still confusing me. Anyone know?

If you can't find a skill book from a vendor, it's not in the alpha. e.g. fighters can learn the skill "rush".

Archers get to use special arrows as a quasi-replacement, which are also craftable*. The arrow vendor is found under an awning just northeast of the healer's shop (just next to the back door), she's in a white dress and quite hard to spot.


*May-or-may-not be currently working, crafting is currently being fixed.

I can't remember who exactly but some of the vendors sell skills rather than tomes that I think are for Rangers. You can tell them because they say that they use AP. I'll have a look later and see if I can find exactly who it is, if no-one else does before.
