Just want to report another bug I'm encountering all the time concerning scroll speed. Whenever I set it in the options to a lower value it works beautifully, however I find myself having to reset it every time I start a new game. And, yes, I hit apply every time as well. Every other option I change stays where I put it except that one. While nothing major or gamebreaking it is still a bug and hence needs reporting.
