Hi, there are some changes to the forum which allow you to make your profile / avatar a bit more RPG-ish.

First, you can pick an "Alignment" in your profile. This simply controls a little icon that appears under your name, showing your Good-, Neutral- or Evil-ness to the others.

Second, you can pick a "Class" in your profile. This controls what post-count title you get. For instance, a 100+ post count for mages would read "Adept", but if you were a warrior it'd say "Warrior". The post counts are 10, 100, 500, 1500.

I will let Lynn explain what the title "Angel" is about, since she invented it, and also is responsible for deciding who gets the title <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

People from Larian studios get the title "Larian".

Correct <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I forgot to mention this, but yes, if you change classes (or set them the first time), the new title doesn't show up until you post again.

Also, these "special effects" are not visible in threaded mode.

Angel is Angel - no warrior/mage.

Angel is neither of those. It is a special title only given by Lynn. I guess i'm one of the lucky ones. So far i know of only 5.

Angel is the title given to people who helped a lot on this forum.

We can chose our side good/evil/neutral. But not warrior/mage (well those dont show with the name).

How come title Angel is not shown in member's profiles?

Because its a special one. Only Lynn discides who gets it. So i guess that why it doesnt show up in the profile, so you cant change it.
