I made a post in the GOG forum to give away my extra kickstarter alpha/beta key. I figured I'd mention it here, in case anyone was following the forum but didn't back D:OS (or get the Early Access version).

Also, if anyone backed the kickstarter but are not planning on using their key(s), they are welcome to add them, if they are so inclined.

I have a spare key - 2 copies of the game but only one mind and soul.

Yupp, as much as I know backers will get new keys for the final version, so it is no waste to give away keys.

Yes; even if you choose Steam as your platform of choice, the alpha/beta key will be revoked and a new one issued at release.

Since the beta has been released, I'm going to do the random draw for the beta key in about 45 minutes.

I the end I just followed Raze's example, doing a random draw, so no funny quotes here. But I'd like to encourage anyone who has a spare key left, you're doing yourself, the winner and Larian a favour by giving it away! And as Raze confirmed: you're not losing codes for the final game, those will still be yours.

Kidding aside; thanks. It's installing as we speak. Giving it a good solid run then will report any encountered bugs and suggestions in the beta forum .

Good to know it's getting pulled, wasn't sure since it says just "Divinity Original Sin" not (beta) after it like with Dragon Commander (even if I bought that after launch, it came with both)...
