When it comes to jewelry, the most knowledgeable character in the game would be the dwarven jeweler in the Dark Forest.....

You have to show the jeweler in the dwarven mines the picture of the amulet and then he makes an exact copy of it for you. He tells you to come back in a day or later or something but I just talked to him right after that and he gave it to me.
