energy cage is basically freeze right?

minus the damage that freeze does. Or is there something different about it, and which is better. IMO freeze is, but i havent tested energy cage.

nah, it can hold them from doing a thing, but, well, ya'. but it lasts a bit longer, and freeze is way better
