The skill 'curse' stacks, meaning you can cast it multiple times on him. If you have a point in this skill, be sure to do this before you attack him. Then, as a mage, elemental strike him; as a warrior you should be able to just hack him to death. And as always, the death scorpions (deadly gift skill) are quick killers.
