Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Beta Infinite turns of invisibility

I dunno what causes this bug to happen... but it seems the 2 turns duration of invisibility is totally broken. My shadowblade char could stay hidden for more than 10 turns.

One could easily abuse this bug and use it with arrow spray to win all fights without even losing one single HP.

Turn invisible > Chill for 3 turns > Arrow spray in-your-face

Repeat above = Victory.


Guys, you gotta fix this.

I should test this now that I have 9 DEX. Also, "Invisible" does not show up as a status beside your portrait.

So using an attack didn't turn you visible, either?

I tried this in a new game, but came out of invisibility if I attacked anyone or waited/moved for 4 turns. Of course, having a duration longer than the cooldown means you can effectively stay invisible forever.

I think the spell effect is just a placeholder, anyway (same as Inspire), so it seems Walk In Shadows isn't quite done yet.

Not quite, my invis breaks upon attack but I could stay hidden forever when the skill is activated in combat mode

Aye invis is currently broken it seems. Even enemies stay hidden forever. I had to put a oil pool and put it on fire to catch the running away npc.
