My wife and I are really enjoying the beta so far. We've noticed a few things (I apologize if these have already been mentioned):

In co-op, you can't chain other party members to player 2. It'd be nice for each player to control two characters. There are also instances where it would be helpful if player 2 could chain the other two party members.

We noticed that if one player was bartering, and the other player started bartering with another merchant, sometimes the merchant's whole inventory would be placed in the "to-sell" slot. The player can accept the trade, and the trade accepted window would pop up, but the player wouldn't receive anything. If you were actually trying to sell something when this happened, the player's items would be sold but wouldn't receive anything for it.

The archer's cone barrage skill seems overpowered. With a crossbow, it's powerful enough to kill multiple same level enemies or a same level boss if positioned correctly in one use. For example, we killed Evelyn in one volley using this method. One solution might be adding an attack of opportunity against the ranger if the skill is used within close-quarters. It could also cause the Ranger to fumble the skill if s/he takes enough damage.

Basically Merchants can bug if you go to one at the same time, we immediately stop the trade and one of us goes and does something else. Whatever you do immediately cancel the trade if it happens, only bad things come from continuing wink

The point of coop is that each person controls 1 of the heroes, chaining would be bad.

Yes the archer skill is totally op, usually my friend "retreats" into the biggest mob pile and then lets lose, cutting the enemies numbers in half, he just recently upgraded to a crossbow and its just stupid :P

Other things in Coop:

What he does in town should not affect me, this somewhat works but not always. If he robs a guy and gets caught (oh gee does he love pickpocketing :P ) I shouldn't have to suffer the consequences... sure I'll rez him but punish him not me :P

Pyramids rock for Coop! Red Pyramid should also be "pickupable" if its dropped, or block both from dropping (you can get through most locked doors by tossing one pyramid through the door :P ... or even using the ranger "retreat" skill through doors)

The "frozen" effect should spell out that it causes the enemy to not only become near immune to fire but also to physical attacks...

Lightning strike causes the mage to dash into the target...

You can have the host ask a companion to leave the party, and the client go to the King Crab inn (or Homestead, if you have access yet) to re-hire them. Eventually you'll be able to just reassign companions in co-op by moving their portraits, as in single player.

You should be able to pick up both pyramids; hit the Alt key if drag and dropping doesn't work.
