Dont know if it was reported already but if you take lone wolf at beginning of the game you will get message that he had enough of your bad behaviour and you can meet him in inn but when you get to the game he is still with you.

Its small thing but you will have it in middle of your screen so you can't see the beginning cutscene you can close the message when you're back in game

You sure it is about your starting companion or later one.
I think Larian said you will be able to hire companions later, with lone wolf you can't do that probably, but you still get your starting companion with you.
Otherwise the other thing is as you said, the message stays during the cut scene and you can't actually see it as it should be.
I think this perk is not working as intended with the bonuses too.
I am not sure i got the extra point per level.
Anyone confirm this?

No issue with Lone Wolf aside from the opening cutscene pop-up.

That is correct. Lone Wolf will not change that you always have two Source Hunters in the game, but those who have Lone Wolf can't hire Companions, reducing the maximum party size.

It is also selectable for companions, which is probably a bug.

Because overriding Raistlin's hp reduction is not an issue?

Maali was responding to a question specifically about Lone Wolf's bonuses. The possibility of Lone Wolf conflicting with another talent (if they were taken in a specific order) is certainly an issue, but not really relevant in this case (since Lone Wolf was added at character creation).
