Not sure if this is working as intended:
At the time, one of my characters had Way of the Warrior 3. I equipped gear that gave +1 WoW, then used a skillbook that required WoW 4. I unequipped the +1 WoW gear and I was still able to use the new skill that I had learned.
I haven't tried it yet, but would this method work with spells that require a certain amount of Int?
