SYNOPSIS

Duke Nukem is a shoot-'em-up videogame with lots of blood, sex and gore. Dimension Films, however, plans to release a PG-13 version for the big screen.

The film will be set in deep space and will center on Duke's efforts to prevent an extraterrestrial ship from colliding with planet Earth.

Larry Kasanoff (Mortal Kombat) will produce.


Hehe, funny. Possibly the movie will be released before that long awaited game - Duke Nukem Forever.

Duke Nukem: Forever will take forever to develop. It was announced 7 years ago and I tell you: it will never be done.
A PG 13 Duke sounds like a 18+ Mikey Mouse. I tell you: it's gonna be a movie you fall asleep on while watching.

Can't disagree. Duke Nukem is one of the longest delayed projects I know. For so many years and still in development. They should take that version they started long ago, throw it in the junk and start from all over again, as so many things changes since that time.
