I have encountered two small problems and searched through the forum though have not found these yet.
The first is in stealing Sir Patricks Title Deed. I played around with the levers for abit (1 hour real time) and got frustrated, so I checked out a spoiler. Unfortunetly, the lever positions in the spoilers are not working and my semi-omnipotent mage feels quite dumb at not figuring out this problem with a fairly high intelligence.
The second problem is with the so called "good" doctor. I have found that he is seemingly behind the plague and yet I cannot get into his house. I have the key from the woodpile, lockpick level 5 but neither helps when the door isn't there. I have spent quite some time slowly dragging my mouse cursor over where my large map says the door is and then over the whole house. I seem to remember him getting mad at me for something (old theiving habits are hard to break for a mage I suppose) and I think he booted me out of his house.
Does anyone know or has anyone encountered these problems before and if so could you drop a few hints as to how you got around these? There are other things for Galastral to do, but the poor lad doesn't like leaving things unfinished, promises made should be promises kept. Any help would be much appreciated. I did not see any problems like these but if it is a double post, many apologies.

For the levers you can try some configurations, i don't remember what i tried but i spent 20 min to open the levers.
And about the door you can use Mage Sight to show the door to you. Mage Sight you can see under the protection of the houses.
Who's gonna show you how to fly!

For the levers, you have the combination: leave the house and re-enter, that should reset the levers and then it should work.
For the doctor: Try using alt-key to highlight the door. Then try again to enter, normaly it should work. Have you turned him in yet??? Have you been in his basement???

Weclome to the forum, Dunyain
Levers: Several combos are possible. Did you try leaving via teleporter stone and returning then? Raze said, this puts the levers back into original position. The trick is: NE and SW have to be down (NW and SE must remain up, don't touch them) and then you flip the middle lever. This closes all doors and then the deed room is open. Elliot says IIRC: If the levers are crosswise up (NE, SW) and crosswise down (NW and SE) this works vice versa, too. Then flip the middle lever.
Door: Press ALT then move your char to the door, keep pressing ALT. If the door is highlighted in grey and your char is near enough (he vanishes) click on the door. Kiya

I will try those ideas, sounds like they'll work. Never thought of using that alt trick to find doors or using my mage sight. Never thought replies would be this quick either, now I have to sit at work all day and have to think about how the mage will soon gain some more reputation, well hopefully(thank goodness) Thank you all for your help, and the welcome to the forum Dunyain

Dunyain, ALT is pretty important in the game, highlights a lot. Kiya
