Umm...

1. To get back to Rivellon.
2. I'm talking about if I have to start over. I couldn't STAND being that weak again.
3. Yes
4. I did the ritual WAY to early, W/out the treasure maps, the Dragon Armor, OR the Holy Weapons

You can't ever take your current character back to Rivellon. Once you've hit the gong that part of the game is over. There is only, have a save before you hit the gong, and go back to that character level. Sorry, no running around with your level 41 character.

First time through I didn't have most of the Dragon Armour, missed the Holy item, missed the Sword Of The Gods AND finished the game at lvl 35.

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to win without all that stuff, especially at lvl 41.

I was lvl 41 too when i was in the wastelands, had no dragon armor(not a single piece) and still found the place easy. Sword of the gods can be really powerful, try to save&reload before identifying it, u can get a quite good one (mine was 5 charm slots, 5 frost, lotsa spirit. poison etc. damage). And yes, the imps give you lots of armor and also gold charms (very strong charms). Don't worry you'll do it.

I finished the game at level 41 without all the godly stuff...be creative and you'll survive. By the way, as far as I know there is no real cheat available. Haven't really looked though. Good luck anyway!

Correct! Though if you screw up a vital quest, you can edit some files...

you can download the save editor which you can add points for skills and stats.
You will of course, from the sound of it, have to do the game over, but it will give you what you ask. Just be very cautious. I would not give your character more than an extra twenty points for skills in the beginning or it will be too powerful and ruin your fun. I forget the link for the editor so see my post on page elven or twelve. Someone gave me the link there. Hope it helps. Good luck.
