You need to first escape Iona's dungeon and then leave the graveyard. Once you go south from the graveyard, you should see Apollo.



Did you complete the quest and tell Trevor about his actions against the Merchant's guild? If so, he's probably locked up in jail. I'm not sure if you'll be able to find him.

maybe by the boxes in front of the house. don't know for sure anymore..

Did you try leaving the graveyard and heading straight south for a bit? He should approach in a cut scene.

wander around outside the gates away from town, and he should show up!
