I've been playing the beta with a friend for a couple of days now and we have two suggestions to improve the game.

1. Put a button to sort the general inventory. Each tab is super convenient, but in the general tab, there are holes after selling equipment or handing in quests. A button that would order everything would be super convenient. Example: after pressing on the button, the general inventory would be sorted item group by item group (like the tabs) and within each item group they would be alphabetical. So the inventory would go from "potion B, ingredient, potion A, scroll, chest plate, scroll, sword, book" to "potion A, potion B, book, scroll, scroll, chest plate, sword".

2. Sometimes it's hard to see small items on the ground (keys, clams, pearls, gems,...). So it would be nice to have a button like the highlight characters to highlight all interactable items.

Try to press the ALT key and keep it pressed and see if it highlights everything you want to see highlighted


It doesnt work on everything because frankly that would take away some of the feeling of discovery and exploration of the game, but it does a pretty good job on objects that are available to pickup.

Some items only show up in ALL tab+ It's hard to craft things if you need items from different categories.

I just carried around barrels to keep all crafting/consumable/arrow stuff in...Even tho barrels are heavy x.x

Thanks for the Alt key, I didn't know. That fixes most of the things I overlook. (Too bad it doesn't highlight chests.)

@LuckyRare: I just want to sort my inventory so it's not a mess and I can find items more easily in the all tab. That makes crafting a lot easier.

Inventory sorting has been requested many, many, many times, and is confirmed as planned by Larian. Check out the "Beta UI Wishlist" thread for more info. There's some discussion of the "ALT" function there as well.
