I can't find the imp who took my teleporter stones. I went into the castle, got kicked out, escaped the dungeon and then I saved Zandalor and so far retrieved 3 concil members yet I can't find the imp who took my teleporter stones. Does anyone know where I can find him?
Which counsel hall is this in the map of where the stones are, and how do I get there? I get the impression I don't want do do the counsel of 7 thing until I'm ready to go someplace I gather you can't return from.
The counsil can only be reached if you've rescued Zandalor. He'll take you there, you fight and then you can start gathering the counsil whenever you want.
The imp, who has the stones, is in the salme building.

It is hitting the gong (after some required quests) in the council hall that triggers the one way trip, but you can go to the hall and still complete current quests and areas.
