I have a few questions about the game:
1) Will we see there werewolves?
2) Will we see there vampires?
3) If "Yes" - can we be them?

1) Not in Cyseal, perhaps in unrevieled chapters later on
2) Same as above
3) Same as above, though probably not. I think some little elements like leech (heal from blood) or Vampiric strike (skill) will be the closest to it we will see.

well yeah you can f... have sex with a dead sheep and Weresheep will be part of the games (you can see them sometimes in the KS video) but my guess is that you can never be a vampire or a weresheep yourself (only in your mind)

I don't wanna go on a touchy topic but without a D/N cycle, creating vampires and werewolves might lack sense...

Well one idea was that there could be strictly superficial day/night cycles.....the sun would behave accordingly but there would not be any different behavior/spawns/etc. of the NPCs and monsters. I think modders can implement this if Larian don't. But beyond that there will still be night in the game as my understanding is that every region/area is stuck in its own time of day/night.

I've never really liked the idea of playing a vamp or ww, especially in a game where technically, you're the hero. To me vamp/ww are creatures, not player characters. They are dead or cursed and have no real control over their own minds.

Now if the game was about being a vampire, like Vampire Masquerade (where is the sequel to that?) then being a vamp is what it's all about.

Vampires/werewolves have no control over their own minds? And we do? Why do you "like" certain food and hate other kinds? There's absolutely no logical answer or explanation other than that's how you feel....I wouldn't call that control. Our minds spin logic around everything but logic has nothing to do with anything.....feelings determine everything. You might say that choosing to go to work or your career or whatever were rational decisions but were they? If you chose not to go to work you understand the very real possibility you'll end up without an income and all the rest of the consequences....how do you feel about that, did your logic determine the choice? Let's go to career....every person is different and different people have different levels of ability is specific areas.....I can't draw to save my own life but I have an ease with languages, no idea why, I just do. English is my third language and I didn't start to learn in until my late teens, can you tell? I never really felt like I put much effort into learning it. These things along with how we feel about certain people/environments/actions/etc. determine everything.

So yeah.....we're firmly in control. horsey

Are we still talking about a game or your real life story?

To me, vamps and WW are creatures, monsters to be slain. To actually play as one should change the direction of the entire game and playing one in a game where you are supposed to be a hero and instead are a blood crazed maniac just doesn't work. Well, unless you are one of those vamps that get all sparkily in the sun. :p

The fact you asked this question makes it clear to me that my entire point flew roughly about five miles over your head.

To put it mildly. I think trying to put that much thought into the thought process of an imaginary creature is a little overkill. Comparing the thought process of an imaginary creature to my personal thought process ... well saying Apples and Oranges just doesn't say it well enough. I don't think the two can really be compared.

But whatever. I understand people like it. I never liked it in TES games either, but many do and I'm ok with that. Just makes no sense to me. If I try to put myself into the mindset of a cursed or undead creature, the canon role of the character I'm supposed to be playing gets lost IMO.
