Steam shows me lower price with regional restrictions. Does anyone have an idea what version will I get if I clarify my backer copy throught Steam? Will it have regional restrictions?

found an info about steam regional restrictions. There are two types
1) Purchases made in [country X] are only PLAYABLE in [countries X,Y,Z].....

2)Purchases made in [country X] CAN ONLY BE ADDED TO YOUR LIBRARY if you are in [countries X,Y,Z]

Just a heads up for those sitting on the fence with money to spend. Today is the last day of the Steam Summer Sale and D:OS is available again for the encore listing at the prices listed in the original post.

Note: how often a game is put on sale during these events is determined by Valve, not the developer, so leave the "I bought at full price, why did you screw me, Larian??" complaints elsewhere. The developers are as surprised as everyone else.
