Ok. i really need help here ive have simply now idea how to get in the vault of sir patrick?

please give me a tip or hint

there is a teleporter pad located to the west in his garden, behind a bush.

or did you mean what order to pull the levers in?

if so, then the goal is to get all of the doors open to the sides of the vault, then pull the big lever in central chamber to close them all and open the vault door.

firstly you have to go to the western part of his garden, there is a teleporter, it will take you inside his manor where you have to pull levers in the right order

1-the northwest one (up-left)
2-the southeast one (down-right)
3-i think it is the northwest one, but i ain't sure, maybe the middle.
4-the south-west one (down-left)
5-the middle one, and then the door is opened(where the title deed is), then just get out with the teleporter again.
Somewhere there should be a picture too about the order of the teleporters.

Check the teleporter NW in the garden, near the fence to get in, then move the levers inside, as I numbered it: first 1 - then 2 - then 3.

Lever 1 and 2 must be DOWN, the other ones are UP in original position and should remain UP.
The middle lever (Nr 3) is then flipped to close ALL doors except one = treasure door.
You need lockpick lvl 5 for those chests = drag them out into the garden via inventory + teleporter. Then open them later, when you've got this lvl. Ther's nothing vital in it, just money.

The deed lies openly on the small table.
