I was trying to just wait for the toolset but I haven't seen any date for it, so if you guys have any Leadership characters to check values, I'd like to make a list of Leadership benefits.

Lvl Benefit
1 +5 Initiative, 10% Damage {+1 WILL if Obedient)
2 +10% Chance to Hit
3 +2% Crit Chance
4 +10% Armor (with Obedient)
5 Willpower [stacks for +2 WILL?]

The editor is uploaded now; Steam just has to make it public.
