Can't purchase this game as a gift in Steam to my friend, is it because the game is still BETA or it is regional lock (i'm from Russia)? Will this option be available on June 30?
Purchasing as a gift was disabled in Russia, and other low price regions (too much key reselling). I believe it is suppose to be re-enabled after release, though.
