i'm starting to wonder if this game is even worth it! I have to wait in a line to download a demo! Waiting takes about 2 hours and then after that i still have to actually download the game...that is crap! I still have a life...they should know! But i will endure...hehe...for the sake of gamers everywhere!

My bets would be it is Fallout 3. But are you sure about the D&D license? If its Fallout 3 and they are not using SPECIAL then its a waste of time.

As to it being in development for over 2 years, that is true but not with a team. Until project Jefferson was cancelled it had one or 2 people thinking abotu a lot of stuff.
Rumour has it that Jefferson was canned because of the lost D&D license.

So it is written on russian fallout 3 fan sites and in rpg news. I have no idea where have they got info on engine and rules. I will probably spend some more time to clarify this. But, I have written that these unfortunately are more rumours than clear facts.

Fallout is no Fallout if it doesn't use the SPECIAL system.
I got my info from the BIS/Interplay forums.

Right listen up all, i have just finished Lionheart and it was nowhere near as bad as some of you have stated, a little patience was required i think.
The game ran like a dream with the patch installed, and comments about how fast the enemy were are all relevant,i.e. you get speed boots later, the interface can be hidden, and so on.
So if anybody else has bought the game and wants a few pointers i'll be glad to assist.
It does turn out to be more Hack and Slash than RPG the further into the game you go.

This game sort of starts out as a single player infinity engine game. Say like the first city in icewind dale size, with about that many monsters and mazes and things to talk about...
Quite good actually, well written.

And then... its over. The last content of the game just kill everyone here here and here. The end.

I think why people hate it is it just leaves a rip off sort of feeling, it seems like its going to be really cool and then its over and its just BS. Whats the point of the story even?
I think there was a much longer game planned. I think it might have been cool. You have a single character and there are a ridiculous amount of different skills and spells and what not to pursue, Youd have to play the game about 10 times to see them all..

Anyhow even so I liked it more than TOEE although neither is very good compared to any of the IE games I played.
