Can anyone tell me if you are supposed to find Dr. Elrath anywhere after you get the cure from his house? Thanks

If you've took the cure, did you take the letter too? If you go back upstairs, the docter should come and talk to you. He'll leave again and then you can tur, him in and heal the sick.
