The first two can be gotten fairly quickly if you know where they are. The third may take a few hours to get to. There might be one sooner; I had a twitch stream on one screen yesterday while I was checking the forum, and a star stone got triggered somewhere relatively early I hadn't seen before, but I don't know if that was just because the co-op player took off and triggered one of the first 2.
