I found the man who jumped off the cliffs (Air), the man who burnt all his possessions (Fire), and the pearl diver who drowned (Water). I've not found someone for the Earth statue.

Has anyone found the last victim?

Where did you find the pearl diver?

And anyone know where the earth victim is? Thanks.

Is it confirmed that all four statues have related victims? I don't think the victim for earth statue even exists; it's dialogue does not point to anything like that while in other cases it's pretty obvious. Anyway, it's not like you need them to complete the quest. Pearl diver is on the beach west of the statues themselves, just a short walk away.

I can only remember finding two, the dead dude at the very beginning of the game and the dead pearl diver just around the corner of the 4 statues, right on the beach where the crab is.

Anyway, you don't need to find any of them to complete the quest.

Oh, I know that they are not needed. However, I was curious as to what the Earth Statue had done to screw overs its wisher.

I was unable to locate the earth victim as well, if there was one. The earth statue not talking about a victim doesn't really mean anything (since it would only respond to your question about it, and if you never ran into the victim you wouldn't have that question to ask). At least, that's how I'd expect the dialogue to work.

I was not able to locate the eartch victim either...

Pretty sure there is none.

The air is at the start.
The fire is the beggar inside Cyseal.
The water is near the statues itself on the beach with the crab.
If there's an Earth victim, he's super-well hidden... 0_o

Actually... a person connected to the earth statue is not a victim. Also he's not an actual human being. He can be found nearby the statues and comments that he would never trust an overgrown chunk of pebbles. Guess he's the smartest of them all.
