When I'm fleeing from that fight the Ghoul still teleports to my characters and hits them?
If this is a bug a fix might be good, if this is intended then WTF? I think its ridiculous and unfair that he can teleport over whatever distance he so choses in the fight in the first place, makes trying to pull the Adds away from him a frustrating pain but that he can teleport after you even when you fled and are supposedly safe is just bad design imo.

A part of this might have to do with if you get poisoned/burning/whatever and flee then take damage from the status effect it pops you back into turn based mode.

Which is another bug.

There were many, many requests to switch to turn based if under the effect of a damage over time effect. Don't know if that was actually implemented or if it is a bug, though (don't recall seeing it in any release notes).
