Just cant seem to find any, not sure if there is a merchant perhaps or a thief type char in some alley somewhere that has them to barter for. Anyone else find picks anywhere?

I think Shereth at the Inn and Cylia at the Marketplace sells them iirc

Alternatively, if your crafting is high enough you can make em with nine inch nails and a hammer

Also, for crafting: soap + key .. or .. needle + needle

Are you kidding me? Has anyone made a list yet of what can be crafted with what? I'm scared to death to drop or sell anything at this point.

Also, crafting can be improved based on score. There is an Excel spreadsheet from Beta that I reference though I working out what is & isn't changed like the Mobile Kitchen.
