I'm really pissed right now, I just beat the damn Robot-thing and I can't resurrect my main character because hes lying right under the corpse of that damn robot and it always says "Target is out of sight", even when my other character is standing right ON the pile of ash! This is a fucking joke, I have to do the fight all over again just because there has to be some artifical crap like the Resurrect-scrolls instead of proper RPG mechanics where the character gets back up after a fight. Those damn scrolls serve no purpose other then spending a bit more gold and adding more frustration to the game when bugs like this happen.

Did you try the following?

1. Targeting the spell on the portrait, not the corpse.
2. If that fails, did you save, then reload and retry 1.
3. Did you try teleporting the ashes or the robot?
4. Proper RPG mechanics do not include a dead character getting back up, is this some final fantasy rubbish?
5. Heal more!
6. Try leaving the area then returning to see if the corpse vanishes.

1. Tried (in fact I always do it that way), didn't work.
2. Tried, didn't help.
3. Obviously I tried to resurrect my character, not the robot but wherever I try to click it says "Target is out of sight", even when standing right on the ashes (which is the only place you can even get it to the teleport-phase, if I don't stand right on the ash it wont even let me target it to begin with.
4. Well, I was just pissed when I said that (and I grant you that its probably not proper RPG mechanics, probably more like tried and tested, e.g. it works great in games like Neverwinter Nights 2) but I stand by my point that those scrolls are redundant since they serve no other purpose then making every revive a bit more costly. Other then that I see no point to them since running around with one dead main-character will most likely not work in the long run.
5. Funny. With the robot dealing about 150 dmg in 1 hit thats easier said then done with a lightly armoured mage (and the robot ignoring my heavily armoured knight right in front of him).
6 Tried, robot-corpse still there and blocking my spell.

Edit: Oh yeah, add another bug to the robot, I killed it a second time now and now the robot-corpse is invisible, not that it bothers me much, can at least see the loot below it that way, but its a bug nonetheless i thin.

If something like that happens again, teleporting to the End of Time should move the body with you.

At least you save often enough to cope with these silly mistakes. I had my gf's char randomly teleport into a fight with Rob Zombie outside of town from the graveyard, I swear they added in more bugs than they fixed with release!

Well that reveals another bug with resurrection scrolls. You can't cast them over the portrait, it always says it's out of range.

That isn't much use in the middle of combat unfortunately. As an aside, which forum for bug reports/feedback?
