My quick loads are taking between 20-30 secs. I can understand initial loading of the game taking a while, about 1-2 mins in my case but surely once it is all loaded in, when you need to load/quick load it should be no more than 10 secs.
I have Win7x64 with 4gb ram and have had no such problems with other games. According to the recommended system 4gb should be fine.
20-30 seconds is reasonable for a reload with 4gb's of ram. If you are expecting to save scumm fast, well... that is not "normal" play. So if you would like to load fast, I would suggest getting a fast processor, much more ram, and a solid state drive.
