Hi there

I wanted to ask if anybody has an idea what I can do if Evelyn's amulet does not appear at all.
I am under the Old Church now and cannot pass the force field. From what I could gather I would need an amulet from Evelyn but I cannot find it anywhere. I went back to her lair but it is neither on her or next to her body nor anywhere else there.

I checked out all vendors I frequent but I could not find any kind of amulet fitting for the description. I thought I might have accidentally sold it if that is even possible.

Edit: The only item I found there is a smelly scarf.

Have I overlooked something else?

Jack gives you an amulet after you kill Evelyn- my guess is that it is it.

I'm having the same problem. I don't remember if Jake gave me an amulet, but I definitely don't have one in any of my characters inventories. I've checked everywhere to see if I accidentally sold it but it seems to have vanished. Help!

Nothing helped, started a new game by now. I will make a specific save this time prior to the Evelyn fight and check out if it sometimes does not drop which is the only explanation for me why it is missing.

You should have gotten the amulet after talking to Jake. Can you please send us your savegame so we can see (possible?) issues in the storylog. This is the first report about this so we'd like to find out.

I am sorry, already overwrote all saves with the new party.

I am also having the same issue. Is there a way to spawn the item through console or something?

The item is called "Enlightened Amulet", it is a white colored item and thus can easily be mistaken to be trash or vendor loot. This is a known issue.

You receive this item as soon as you talk to Jake or if you kill him it will drop off him.

i did not get the amulet automatically as well. i had to pickpocket it from him.

Previously, this quest line would get broken if you discovered the role of certain other character in all this - the one who has a hidden hermit shack in the east area - before going to Evelyns lair. In that case a certain someone would not appear after that fight so you wouldnt get the amulet from him.

Larian said they solved that but maybe its happening again.


I actually went and intentionally did that wrong step before doing anything with Evelyn, because i wanted to confirm the issue is solved, but unfortunately i dont have the time to go through with it right now.

Maybe some other players can test it.

I visited the hut before going to Eve and my quest is fine. Or at least, I hope it is. Jake was there and I did get the amulet.

I have same problem, Evelyn's amulet cannot be found anywhere in the game.
Also, when near the barrier I was able to speak with Jack and dying mage through barrier without approaching them.

But still, can't open the barrier.

I restarted my playthrough and now got it from Jake. I have no idea why it disappeared though.

I Just found this from a steam forums post...

"Anyone looking for a fix....continue to silverglen and eventually you will kill an immaculate with an enlightend Amulet. It will do the trick :)"

So i haven't confirmed it yet but there are other posts below confirming it. So if you have OCD like me just be patient and you will be able to finish the quest eventually.

There is a way you can get through the barrier without having the amulet:

1. Step near the barrier.
2. Use telekinesis to grab a jar from beyond the barrier and move it right next to the barrier.
3. Open the jar through the barrier (that seems to be a bug, should not be possible I guess)
4. Put one of your pyramids into it.
5. Then move the pyramid out of the jar to the ground behind the barrier.
6. Teleport to the pyramid using your other one.

Yep, picked up an "enlightened amulet" and I believe it was from Hunter's Edge, though it might also have come from somewhere near the Enlightened camp/base where there is the prison cave. Sorry, this game is so twisty I get easily turned around. I really should hire a full-time log keeper.

There are several Enlightened Amulets in the game.
If you do not get one from Evelyn, you will get one later.

Thelyron's Has one enlightened amulet, just pickpocketing he.

select miscellanous from the filters on the left of inventory. you'll find the amulet on one of your characters.
