Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - General Option to disable chat log?

Is there any possible means of adding an option to get rid of the chat log box all together for those of us who are playing single player only and have no desire to do co-op?

It just gets in the way more often than not, and while it is possible to move it down and 'off screen' as far as it'll go, it just pops right back up when reloading a save and such...

There's a button on the bottomleft of the screen that turns it off.
