Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Mines done before saving the Witch, am I screwed?

So, while running around in the snow world trying to save the Witch I kinda got stuck so I swung back to Silverglen and started working my way down into the mines. I managed to sneak past the scary knights and escape the place safely.

However, the mines are now collapsed.

And now that I've rescued the Witch, it turns out she wants me to go down there and investigate something.

With the number of quests in the game and the lack of guidance the quest texts give you, I'm not sure if this is a main quest or not and if I have somehow gotten myself stuck by doing this.

So, what do I do next after saving the Witch?

Any help would be appreciated.

Checck your inventory, do you have Leandras spell?
Check carefully...

If the answer to tis is 'no' and you dont remember where you put it then you are screwed in deed.

If the answer is 'yes' then what you need now is the second component to the anti-DK spell.

Did you do the Immaculate trials?

Go to Silverglen and talk to Loic (I bellive) in the chapel. He will get you started.
Alternatively, if you have high enough lockpicking, accessing the hatch in the chapel should do the trick too.

Either way, this will grant you access to the SE area of the map.

What is the item called (Leandra's spell that is)?

I finished the trials and went down the hatch in the chapel and did all that. I've found Sacred Stone and walked around in there for a bit.

What is the second component? Some blood if I recall correctly?

Ha! I actually fixed it.

It seems that even if the mines have collapsed, after a while (I guess after saving the Witch) you can go back through the Green Mirror that you escaped from. Once down there you go to the High Priest room through the other mirrors and there you find Leandra's spell on a table along with some notes.
