again i do not want to spend spec points in lockpick,is there anyway to get into the vampires locked cage without using lockpick?

Lvl 2 telekenis should be enough to use the lever and open the cage.

Could be, but later how you can enter in some places if you don't know where is the key or if you lost the key?
And when you have enough lvl, you'll have free skills for use it later.
