You need access to the SE area of the woods around Silverglen. (past the river)
You can get to Hunters edge via two bridges from there, one is by the waypoint for "Sacred Stone"
The other is further south and Guarded by a Troll and his son.
Once you get into the connected area you will find a waypoint called "Phantom Woods" if you follow the road SE you get to Hunters Edge.
