Is it possible to respecc main characters and companions (not henchmen) ?
I'm not familiar with this kind of game, and after some ~20 hours or playing and learning I realized my characters are specced like crap and its sucking the fun out of the game - its an RPG after all and speccing and itemizing your chars correctly is a huge part of the experience.
The lack of respecc feels really really punishing for newbies... Starting over is out of the question, at this point its either respecc option or shelve the game.

From what I understand, there is a Respect option that becomes available mid-to-late in the game. But I've also heard that it is both very expensive, and very inconvenient in its execution. This is based on reports from before the game went live, though, so its possible that things have changed since then.

You need to progress through the game until you have found enough star/blood-stones to unlock the NPC that will let you do that.

Just keep in mind that while it is fairly cheap upfront (1000g), you also loose all the spells and abilities you've learned.
