So far I found the following skills bugged:
Bugged:
.Cloak & Dagger - (Supposed to teleport and drop smokescreen) Only teleports.
.Barrage - (Supposed to shoot a voley of arrows) Only shoots one arrow, lower damage than standard attack with double the cost.
Unbalanced:
.Elemental Absorption vs Immune to [element] - Elemental absorption raises resistance to all elements by 50% while immune to [element] only raises it to 25% -15% of the opposite element, yet they have the same stat requirements.
.Most Warrior skills: Too high cooldowns compared to Mage skills. Given that warriors have to get upclose and personal RISK:REWARD ratio indicates warriors should either do 3x the damage or lower cooldowns. Not much of a problem for Rogue since the whole class is based on applying penalties (trip/bleed/charm/blind) and sneak/teleport away, keeping them safe during the cooldowns and avoiding damage.
.Undead heal from poison and regular heals and can also be blessed when the Zombie Perk states healing will damage them... also doesn't make sense to bless a zombie... should cause them to be weaker.
