Since the new patch, when I place items into my action bars they disappear if I toggle between them. For example, I'm a Ranger class so I put the different type of arrows on my action bar but I also have one of the three actions bars filled with spells, If I look at the action bar with spells and then go back to my arrows on any of the other actions bars they aren't there. This is a recent problem I'm having ever since I download the new update.

Is there any fix to this or is this a dev problem and will have to wait for a new patch??

If you start a new game, do you have the same problem?

There are quite a few reports about items going missing from inventory and action bars, so it could be a bug.

Looks like it. I checked a new game and a couple different save from earlier patches, but didn't think to try adding an item from a backpack.
