Is there any way to craft or buy another backpack?
I just want to be able to sort and make my inventory management easier.

Yes. Rope + Leather scraps.

Rope = Buy or Yarn x2
Yarn = Wool x2
Wool = Buy or use Pet Pal + Shears + Sheep.

You need Crafting Lvl 1.

You'll also find several bags/pouches/backpacks in your travels. From NPCs (dead and alive) and even as loot.

Think my main char has about 4-5 in her inventory.
