Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Help/Tips/Tricks Dust Devil and Cyclone Skill Books

I have been playing with my friend and we are level 11. I have checked for these two skill books every level as well as using the saving a loading exploit before talking to vendors to reset what they are selling. I haven't seen these books after hundreds of reloads. I have check every time I level up as well and have tried several NPCs that sell skill books. What am I doing wrong? This is incredibly frustrating.

I decided not to get dust devil when I made my character which was the biggest mistake I have made.

I found an answer on Reddit on how to get Cyclone. There is a static spawn cyclone book in the world. Take the portal to Cyseal West, move west up the stairs and inside the building. Move the rug. There is a trapdoor. It was locked but one of us had a key. Not sure where the key was from sorry. The book was inside as well as an NPC after moving the sarcophagus lid.

Same as walk into shadow and cloak and dagger skillbook, so I have to restart my game and pick walk into shadow as initial skill...

I think this falls under bug territory? I know I can't find dust devil either.

Cloak and dagger skillbook does get sold though. I remember seeing it in the harbor captain's shop in Cyseal post beta

Tried harbor captain's shop today, no luck in finding cloak and dagger
