Just got the Hall of Heroes.

It seems to me that here should be a way to get one the henchman for hire to burn the points to increase crafting.

However, it seems that unlike games like Dragon Age, your henchman do not level up as you do...

Anyone have a strategy for this?

They do level up with you. Fire them, rehire them.

I just tried this, and it didn't work. Unless I misunderstood you that is. Can you hire a level 1 henchman, fire him, then rehire him, and have them instantly come up to your level? Now that I'm thinking about that, I'm assuming no, since what would be the point of hiring a lvl 2+ henchman in that case.

Well, it worked back then, but Larian seems to agree with you, since they "fixed" that "issue" 10 days ago.
