Hello,

the editor is fun to use, but it lacks good controlls. Being forced to use a mouse because I cannot bind the button for "lookbutton" is plain silly. I usually work with a wacom, but it is not very comfortable with this editor.

Please consider the following changes:
- binding any button, espc. the lookbutton to any key should be possible (I want to bind it to 0 (NULL) of the numeric pad, but it keeps changing it to "none" when saving)
- Arrowkeys (UP,DOWN) should not zoom in/out, they should move the camera with a static height! This way you are not forced to "drive a car" with your mouse - nightmare! (you can very easily see the bad controlls in the tutorial video. The camera is "driven" like a car, backing up, always forced to use a mouse. This is horrible! It puts much more strain on your working arm than necessary!!)
- Zoom in/out should be binded to pageup, pagedown OR just use a toggleZoom button
- It should be possible to controle the camera/view completely by keyboard! (also look around - toggled by lookbutto)

Regards,

Chris

dito here

Let us do more with Shift/Ctrl/Alt/Space+Mouse-R/L. So far just smooth terrain works with shift and Space+Mouse changes height though the sensitivity is too low.

Not just for camera viewing, also for changing between Select/Move/Rotate objects and Raise/Lower/Flatten/Smooth terrain would be usefull to have comninations of keys and mouse(keys)

Hopefully there will be a plugin interface. I remember a lot of useful plugins for NWN2 toolset back in the days.

You can do that by using buttons 1 to 4 (not numeric pad).

thankyou

You know of any way how to save keybinds? So far they get lost each program restart.

Mh, not sure. After you changed it, did you press the save button in the top left corner? Also try "safe layout". But I really don't know, sorry.

Besides what was already mentioned, I'd also request an invert 'Y' axis, for mouse look, option...
