Just one other thing I've thought to ask regarding scorpions - or rather using 'Aura of Command' on them (I only used it for my little experiment, didn't keep it as a permanent skill). Once you've used it, are the scorpions 'stuck' with forever, or can you get rid of them?
Considering how tough they are it'd be a long time before they died
in battle <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif" alt="" /> .
Just curious. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kitty.gif" alt="" />

You can use Banish to get rid of them. Most summoned or resurrected creatures die when you sleep, but I'm not sure about scorpions.

i confirmed raze's thought on the scorpions. when your character sleeps, any summoned creatures, & that includes the scorpions, will be dispelled.

The summoned ones are steel scorpions, which ones are you killing in 2 blows, Nik? The normal(orange brown) or the steel ones (they look white)?

pic link, steel scorpion is in the left part. Have you freed Elona already? In the cemetary of the poor quarters? IIRC there you meet your first steel scorpion.

Both kinds. I have put no cheats on the game either but have just played it as normal. Hardest enemy I have come across for a while was the pet thing in Ionas Dungeon. There is only the sword in that dungeon isnt there? I dont want to go back in just to find the other two holy whatevers

You should revisit Ionas Dungeon because it has an additional feature.

The House of madness <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/exclamation.gif" alt="" />, which is definitely worth visiting...

Yes; the other two holy items are elsewhere.
