Dude I was about to post about this. I got some telekinesis items. I have 5 telekinesis now. (I am level 5.)

I use all my action points on moving heavy barrels around, because the crushing damage they deal is INSANE. Edit: compared to the AP they cost.

Another use is that AI doesn't seem to realize moveable obstacles blocking them. I was going to post about this too. If you place moveable obstacles that also block sight (screen for example), then the blocked character will just stand around doing nothing.

Telekinesis also allows you to skip puzzles and stuff. For example, at the Withered Gardens I could just grab the keys and the chest that were blocked by lava. EZ.

Is Telekinesis op?

Edit2: Also, if there are no heavy barrels where you're going, you can just pick one up and place it in your inventory. Telekinesis allows you to do this even if you don't have enough strength. (E.g. place water barrel weighing 50 into your inventory.)

Edit3: To nerf, objects should take damage as they collide with characters.

Got some examples on the crushing damage?

Is it fixed or does it scale with anything?

Actually barrels north of Cyseal (water and ooze) seem to weigh 60. They deal 90 damage to level 4 Skeletons. It takes 2 AP to telekinesis such a barrel at telekinesis level 5. I can basically deal 360 damage per turn, give or take TO MULTIPLE ENEMIES IF THEY ARE CLOSE ENOUGH TOGETHER. (360 since I can usually deal to 2 units at the same time, and if I move the barrel twice that turn, then that's 90 damage to both, twice.)

Edit: It's enough to move the barrel 1 pixel. As long as it overlaps with any characters, it will deal damage to all of them (not tested on player characters).

Edit2: About the range. I can move it 16 meters far from where I am standing. I need to be at least 8 meters far from it to move it. Not tested for lighter objects yet. (This is at level 5 telekinesis with a 60kg water barrel)

Edit3: Range seems to stay stable for all weights. Damage however, depends on object weight. Idk if it depends on telekinesis level too or not. For now assuming that you need a minimum telekinesis level to be able to move certain weights. Also a higher telekinesis level allows you to move things (anything your telekinesis level allows you to move) further and from a further range.

Edit4: Maybe range does depend on item weight. I move a chest only 10 meters. The test by which I determined what I did in edit3 was by comparing a barrel(empty) to a barrel of water. I guess they weigh the same after all?

Edit5: I can telekinesis stuff without breaking stealth. I am yet to test whether collision will deal damage to enemies while out of combat, without triggering combat (if you are stealthed and throw stuff at them, will they trigger a fight with you despite not seeing you?)

Edit6: Nevermind edit4. You can move an object at most 8 meters with level 5 tk (telekinesis), regardless of its weight. You need to be at least 8 meters from said object to be able to move it. (You can then move it 8 meters in any direction. So maximum range it can land from you is 8*2 = 16).

Lesser Infected Chimera (level 5) takes 62 damage from chest (empty) and 75 damage from water barrel.
