Where can I find one of these? I tried refreshing a couple of the marksmen merchants inventory (via reloading to change vendor's inventory), but no one ever seems to have one. I am currently level 13, so it should appear.

I just found Stardet @ Hall of Frost selling one, but it's definitely not common at least for me :x

I assume it's only available in the world and not sold. At best, keep an eye out for a scroll of it, then write into a blank book.

As Oli says, it is one of the three fixed spellbooks in the inventory of Ice Elemental at the End of Time, which means it is probably not available elsewhere.

Indeed the Homestead vendor has it, and it can also be obtained after completing the teleport puzzle in the caves near Sacred Stone. The one below the cliff you first teleport onto from Loic's basement.


You can't make books out non-magic skills.

I'm having a similar problem with the Barrage skill, I bought it off the Fletcher, lost it after respec without realizing that it would never appear in shops again. Really need help with that, doesn't it appear anywhere in the world?
