After the cinematic in the homstead talking about the Godbox, your 2 main chars can talk to each other and choose some dialogue choices. No matter which ones you pick for each character, they both get the same Trait increase.
They both either get Egotistical or Altruistic even if your chose to be egotistical on one and altruistic on the other.
