Where on the character sheet (or anywhere else?) does it say what class I am? I just picked the defaults when starting off. And it seems I have forgotten what choice I made

I'm not sure it's displayed anywhere. It doesn't need to be, because your class is 100% irrelevant in the game - all the "classes" do is give you a pre-set set of attributes, abilities, skills, traits, and starting gear.

Yeah, the system is "classless". The class you choose at the beginning is just a pre-set choice of skills and attributes, which you can completely modify. You could choose Wizard, then completely change all of the points around so the character is identical to the Knight. Or anything in between.
That's why there is no "class" stated anywhere, as there aren't really classes.
