In phantom forest, in house where you'll fight Demon Balberith with spirits (quest to save earth elemental) in cage sit "Mysterious Stranger" but not human - cyclop and i can't talk to him.

Is there any book with cyclops language or it's just a bug?

And i didn't get achievment for entering Phantom Forest in steam for some reason.
